By accessing dapter.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, regardless of how you access the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Dapter's services. You may use it to:

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed RON 100.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
